Dig Shortcake Shovel Guide
First, I’ll explain how to get it, and then I’ll go through the stats and passive ability.
How To Obtain
The only way to get the Shortcake Shovel is by completing 5 Bakery Quests in Tom’s Bakery and then purchasing it for $45,000. You can find the bakery at the bottom of Cinder Approach, and when speaking to Tom, he will give you a random quest. The quests are repeatable, and each time you complete one, you will get a reward.
Once you finish 5 of the quests and speak to him, you will be able to purchase the Shortcake Shovel, which rests on the table opposite the counter. Considering the price and the stats, it’s a great option for mid-game players. It also has a cute design! It’s different shades of pink with green leaves coming off the sides and on the handle.

Now, onto the stats. If you’re someone who focuses on boss damage, this shovel is a great option. The additional luck it gives you also makes for a great option.

Passive Ability
If the stats weren’t tempting you enough, perhaps the passive ability it has will. When you use this shovel and dig, there is a 25% chance that the items to get the Tasty Modification. This increases their value by x2 and changes their cosmetic appearance to a magenta colour.
