Solo developer Amberwind Games has just revealed a new game called Life and Lemon. With a new trailer, the game is currently aiming for a full release in Q2 2027. It’s coming to PC through Steam, Android and iOS.
Orchard management with a card-based strategy
Life and Lemon is a game that’s all about learning how to run a successful fruit orchard, but with a new twist. It’s also a card game that goes way beyond simply planting crops. Every decision revolves around collecting, combining, and experimenting with cards while slowly expanding your farm across a colourful world.
You need to think carefully about crop placement to get the best possible harvests while learning the hidden traits of different crops. Those traits can interact with one another, creating powerful synergies that improve production. Once everything is ready, it’s time to harvest and turn those crops into profit before expanding the orchard even further.
Card fusion lets you combine them to unlock entirely new possibilities. The game features more than 80 unique cards. Fusing cards can reveal new cards, unlock special traits, improve crop quality to dramatically increase yields, and even cross-breed crops into completely new fruit species.
Rather than sticking to one map, this new game Life and Lemon lets you explore a variety of lush locations. There are different weather conditions, seasonal changes, challenges, opportunities, native crops, and perks.
There are more than 15 unique characters ranging from oddballs, rejects, delinquents, and sweethearts, all with their own stories. Building friendships with them unlocks story events, special items, and new skills while helping grow a larger community of fruit farmers.
Amberwind’s new game Life and Lemon drops next year. Right now, the mobile listing isn’t up yet. But you can check out the game and its features on Steam.
