A sinister fellow lurks at the side of Crook’s Hallow, and he seems to be missing his head. He doesn’t need you to find that, but there are a few things he does want. If you bring them, you might get a great reward. We’re here to help you out with the Fisch Headless Horseman quest.

How To Find The Headless Horseman
You can find the Headless Horseman in Crook’s Hallow. This is accessed either by speaking to the Flying Dutchman NPC in Moosewood, or using the Fightful Mirror item in your inventory. Crook’s Hallow is a special area available only for the duration of the Fischfright event.
The Horseman’s Quests
If you speak to the Headless Horseman, he’ll have a quest for you. Several quests, in fact! You’ll need to complete them all to get the good reward.
The quests are as follows:
- Bright a Jack O Lantern with the Frightful mutation. You can catch Jack O Lanterns anywhere during Fischfright.
- Collect 5 Wisps from around Crook’s Hallow. These appear as a blue glow around objects like grave stones.
- Bring the Headless Horseman a Haunted Candle.
- Bring the Headless Horseman and Blazed Handle.
- Bring the Headless Horseman 5,000 Candy. You can get this by Trick Or Treating, from NPC Quests, or from Frightful Crates.
Horseman’s Quests Rewards
If you complete all the Headless Horseman’s requests before the end of the event, he’ll present you with the Jack O Blazer Rod.
The Jack O Blazer Rod. This is a powerful fishing rod with the following stats:
- Lure Speed: 96
- Luck: 66.6
- Control: 0.16
- Resilience: 66
- Max Weight Of Fish: No Max Weight
It also has the following passive abilities:
- Every catch has a chance to get the Wicked mutation.
- Every catch has a small chance to get the Jack’s Curse mutation.
- Causes Jack O Lanterns to fall while reeling, each fall increasing Progess.
