Fisch Rainbow Weather Spawn
Rainbow Weather doesn’t happen naturally and only manifests with the use of a Rainbow Totem, obtained rarely as a prize for completing Angler Quests. When active, the Rainbow Weather cannot be skipped with the use of a Sundial Totem.
Rainbow Weather Perks
During this forecast, a healthy set of buffs applies to all users serverwide, including:
- 10x Luck Boost
- +15% Chance for the Mythical Mutation (4.5x Value)
- +5% Chance for the Rainbow Cluster Mutation (8x Value)
- +5% Chance for Shiny and Sparkling Mutation (1.85x Value each)
- All fish sell for an additional 1.5x
- Rainbow Cluster Rod becomes available to purchase.
With so many stacked buffs, Rainbow weather has wedged its way into the meta for money farming. The Luck boost allows for rarer and therefore more valuable catches, which have their value immediately enhanced by 1.5x during Rainbow. On top of that, there’s a good chance for them to adopt a mutation and become even more profitable. Nifty!
Rainbow Cluster Rod
Only during Rainbow are players able to purchase the Rainbow Cluster Rod from Castaway Cliffs. It’s found within the cave entrance and costs 250,000 C$ to purchase.
This stage 5 rod possesses the following stats and passives:
- Lure Speed: 65%
- Use the Hasty Enchant to allow instant catches.
- Luck: 180%
- Control: 0% (30% Width)
- Use the Herculean Enchant to increase its Control and increase its Max Weight.
- Resilience: 25%
- Max Weight: 50,000 KG
- Line Distance: 50m
20% chance for the Rainbow Cluster Mutation. This increases to a 35% chance during Rainbow weather. On top of this, the rod has an immediate +50% Progress Speed on all catches.
