Reaching The Volcanic Vents
The Volcanic Vents are the first stop in your trip down into Mariana’s Veil. To get there, you’ll need to acquire your submarine. You do this by breaking the rocks in Roslit Bay to acquire parts for your sub. We go over this in detail in our Fisch drill guide.
Once you have you sub you need to speak to Dr Glimmerfin, who will blast the rocks below the Roslit Bay reef open, and reveal the tunnel. Hop into your submarine and dive below into the depths. Keep following the tunnel along, and eventually the water should start warming up. At the end of the tunnel you should surface into the Volcanic Vents.
There’s a shipwright, and innkeeper that lets you set your spawn, and a crafting station to make a heat shield for your sub. Follow the main cavern on the shore to reach a lava lake you can fish in.
