Grow A Garden Celebrity Guest

The Celebrity Guest event kicks off in...

What Is The Announcement From The Devs?

The upcoming event was announced on the Grow A Garden Discord, with the following:
“This weekend we have a Special Celebrity Guest coming to Grow a Garden to help Jandel admin abuse before the update!

We are super excited and there are multiple new weather events, but the guest can’t be revealed YET…

Follow the event here, more details coming soon…”

So, we don’t know who exactly it is, though there are a few clues we’ll explore in our speculation section.

The event is set to take place one hour before the weekend update. We’ve included a timer above so you don’t miss it.

What Is Admin Abuse?

Admin Abuse is a regular occurrence in the weekly timetable of Grow A Garden. It’s a period before the weekly update where the lead developer, Jandel, hops on and exercises his admin powers to launch all kinds of admin events. This often means special weather events like Disco, Black Hole, or UFO events. It’s also the time that Jandel might reveal new admin events that no-one has seen previously.

Speculation

So, who could this mysterious guest be? There’s no firm word, but there are a few clues. The promo image (an enlarged and enhanced version shown in the feature image) appears to show an American football in the front, and a stadium backdrop behind.

So, could this mean the special guest is a football player? Or maybe this is just a red herring to throw us off the trail? We’re eager to find out.
