How to get a Grow a Garden Night Egg
Night Eggs hail from the Lunar Glow event as a special event egg. This means all pets inside are harder to obtain than those from the Egg Shop, and therefore more sought-after.
To get Night Eggs, you need to exchange Moonlit fruits with the Owl for points. At certain reward tiers, you’ll gain a Night Egg. The Moonlit mutation infects random fruits during the Lunar Glow Event, which happens hourly on the hour at XX:00.
The Reward Track for Night Eggs is as follows:
- x2 Night Eggs – 70 points
- x1 Night Eggs – 210 points
- x2 Night Eggs – 240 points
- x2 Night Eggs – 290 points
- x3 Night Eggs – 320 points
- x3 Night Eggs – 430 points
- 199 Robux for x1 Night Egg

Night Egg Pets
When placed, Night Eggs take 4 hours and 10 minutes to hatch.
- Hedgehog
- Hatch Chance: 49%
- Pet Buff: Sometimes grants prickly fruit (like cactus) a x1.51 size bonus.
- Mole
- Hatch Chance: 22%
- Pet Buff: Digs up treasure every 80 seconds. Possible rewards include gears and cash.
- Frog
- Hatch Chance: 14%
- Pet Buff: Every 20 minutes, the Frog will croak, and one random nearby plant will gain a growth spurt for 24 hours.
- Echo Frog
- Hatch Chance: 10%
- Pet Buff: A quicker version of the Frog, croaking every 15 minutes instead of 20. Again, a random nearby plant will have advanced growth for 24 hours.
- Night Owl
- Hatch Chance: 4%
- Pet Buff: All active pets in the garden gain an additional 0.05 EXP per second. (The EXP buff increases per Night Owl level)
- Raccoon
- Hatch Chance: 1%
- Pet Buff: Every 15 minutes, the Raccoon duplicates a crop from another player’s plot and gives it to you.
