Grow a Garden Lunar Glow Event Overview
The Lunar Glow event triggers once an hour on the hour at XX:00, lasting approximately 10 minutes. During this, like any other event, produce has the chance to adopt a unique mutation, namely the Moonlit.
The goal of this event is to accumulate enough produce with the Moonlit mutation to exchange it with the Owl who perches at the centre of the server, and receive limited-time event rewards such as Seed Packs, Eggs, Gears, Pets, and more.
How To Strategise For Maximum Points
To maximise Moonlit mutation encounters, I recommend planting high-value seeds that grow multiple fruits and are repeatable harvests. The point system is fairly simple; the higher the tier of fruit, the more points per exchange.
This means a Moonlit dragonfruit would earn more points than a Moonlit tomato, despite both being repeatable harvests and growing relatively quickly. I recommend plants such as;
- Tomato
- Apples
- Dragon Fruit
- Coconuts
- Grape
- Mango
- Peppers
- Durian
An exception to this repeatable harvest strategy is the Bamboo. Bamboo gets restocked infrequently, but always appears in abundance when it returns. Bamboo is high-tier, fast-growing, but can only be harvested once. However, it’s easy to place and earns plenty of points when mutated with Moonlit, making it a good passive option for this event.
