The Grow a Garden Primal Egg has different Dinosaur Pets inside, all with unique abilities. Our guide explains the two ways you can get this egg and the pets that hatch.

Grow a Garden Primal Egg – Obtainment
There are two ways to get your hands on this egg.
Graham NPC
The first way to get a Primal Egg is by speaking to the Grahan NPC. You can find him in the middle of your map under the sign that says ‘Dinosaur Eggs’. Hand him any kind of pet egg (excluding dinosaur eggs) to obtain a Primal Egg. You can get between 1-4 Primal Eggs depending on what you handed over.
Crafting
You can also craft a Primal Egg from a crafting station with the following:
- x1 Dinosaur Egg
- x1 Bone Blossom
- 5,500,000 Sheckles
It will take 30 minutes to craft the egg. Keep in mind that you can only craft a Primal Egg once you reach the 3rd stage of the DNA Machine Upgrades.
What’s Inside a Primal Egg?
Let’s see what pet you can get.
- Spinosaurus
- Every 19.33m, it devours a random mutated fruit, then roars, spreading that mutation to a random fruit in your garden. It prioritises favorited plants.
- 0.5% hatch chance.
- Ankylosaurus
- If someone steals a crop from your garden, there is a 16.35% chance that you to get the stolen fruit.
- 1% hatch chance.
- Dilophosaurus
- Opens its frills and spits venom every 13.53m. The venom spreads to random pets and advances the cooldown by 40.82 or gives 570 XP.
- 3% hatch chance.
- Pachycephalosaurus
- 6.52% chance to duplicate crafted items.
- 28% hatch chance.
- Iguanodon
- Dinosaur pets gain an extra 0.45XP each second.
- 32.5% hatch chance
- Parasurolophus
- Every 78 seconds, it goes to a cosmetic crate and reduces the open time.
- There is also a 25.96% chance for the open time reduction to be multiplied by 1.87x.
- 35% hatch chance
