Grow a Garden Spiked Mango Obtainment
The Spiked Mango is limited to the Zen Event. It appears infrequently in the Tanuki Chi store for 75 Chi per seed. It’s only available to buy after players unlock the sixth stage of the Zen Tree Growth.
To unlock the Zen Tree, you need to join the game before XX:00 every hour and partake in the 10-minute-long Zen Event. During this, crops will randomly adopt the Tranquil mutation. Harvest these and hand them to the Zen Channeller NPC to grow the Zen Tree.
How To Farm The Spiked Mango
After letting the seed develop, you’ll notice this tree stands rather tall. Not only that, it’s multi-crop and multi-harvest, meaning several Spiked Mango crops will hail from one tree.
To farm it for sheckles, you’ll need to do more than leave it be, as its base value with no mutations dwindles at around 61,000 Sheckles on average.
Once at maturity, replace all your active pets with Hedgehogs and Blood Hedgehogs. These spiked companions both have passives which increase the general stud size of any prickly crops within your garden.
- Hedgehog – Grants prickly fruit within a 30-stud radius, a 1.50x size bonus.
- Blood Hedgehog – Makes all prickly fruit grow bigger with a higher chance for prickly fruit growth variants.
Alongside this, I recommend setting up the sprinkler method, which requires x1 of each water sprinkler type placed around the tree before exiting the game for around an hour or longer to let the crops develop.

If you focus solely on the Spiked Mango method, committing to having only hedgehogs in your garden, then this crop is one of the current metas for money farming, thanks to its higher chance of growing giant! Since most crop values are per kg, the larger it is, the more valuable it becomes.
