What Is The Sugar Apple?
The Sugar Apple is a Prismatic crop introduced in the Working Bees update. It’s one of the big-earning crops of the update, a good way to make tons of crop money. It is also not an event seed, and not hidden as an RNG-dependent reward in a Seed Packet. This has meant plenty of players have their eyes on the Sugar Apple.
How To Get The Sugar Apple
You can get the Sugar Apple from the Seed Shop in-game. Well, in theory, you can. This crop is very rarely in stock, less so even than the other Prismatic crops. We signed up for notifications for it on the Grow A Garden stock notifier Discord to see when it appears. So far, we have seen it once over four days.
It’s not easy to get hold of a Sugar Apple seed, even if you’re actively waiting for the notification.
If you’re lucky enough to have a Red Fox pet, then there’s another way to get a Sugar Apple plant. Unlike plants like Candy Blossom, Sugar Apple isn’t an event fruit, so Foxes can steal seeds from another player’s plant. So, if you’re a Fox owner, you can place yourself in a server alongside players with Sugar Apples in their garden for a chance to swipe one. If you’ve got a friend with a Sugar Apple plant, maybe have them hop into a server with you and idle until your fox steals the right seed.
