Luck In Sol’s RNG – Why Should I Care?
Luck is the force that drives everything in Sol’s RNG. The object of the game is collecting more Auras, and these Auras are different in rarity. They even have their rarity displayed under them. The thing about that rarity it doesn’t tell you? That’s how rare the roll is with default luck.
Increasing your luck means the odds of rolling rarer Auras decreases, so raising your luck should be a top priority regardless of what Aura you’ve got your eye on.
How To Get More Luck
There are lots of ways to increase your luck. Some are more in your control than others, but it’s worth trying to collect a few, as the luck boost will stack.
- Lucky Potion – These green potions spawn randomly around the map. Pick them up before anyone else does to add them to your inventory. Use one to double your luck.
- Floating Island – Hop over the platforms to the floating island and touch the green beacon to get a 30% luck boost for a short period of time.
- Crafted Equipment – Jake’s Workshop offers several different items that can boost your luck. These don’t run out like potions or blessings, but they take certain Auras to craft.
- Luck Glove – 25% Boost
- Solar Device – 50% Boost
- Eclipse Device – 50% Boost
- Exo Gauntlet – 100% Boost
- Divine Intervention – Well, developer intervention. Sometimes the Sol’s RNG dev team gives a global luck boost for an event or as an apology for downtime.
