Outcome Memories Survivor Tier List
Here are the tiers, they run in descending order, so you should find the better characters near the top.
S Tier
The strongest survivor characters right now. These have abilities that will give you a massive edge against .EXE, and have minimal downsides. If you’re playing a game, if you’re not playing one of these, someone should.
- Eggman
- Metal Sonic
A Tier
Very good characters that are still strong and put up a good fight in the rounds, but they’re just not quite as strong as S Tier. You can still win with them though, if you can make the most of their special abilities.
- Knuckles
- Amy Rose
B Tier
Okay. These characters are viable, but their abilities aren’t super special, and they don’t really stand out. Still, if the higher-tier characters are taken you’re not going to be holding your team back, so we’d say go for it.
- Tails
- Cream
C Tier
Pretty mediocre. These aren’t great and will struggle a bit to keep up in rounds. Their abilities can be useful at times, but they’re more situational, which can cause problems as far as keeping the killer at bay. We’d only suggest going for these if you don’t have another choice.
- No C Tier characters right now.
D Tier
Really bad. We can’t recommend using these under any circumstances. Find a different server if you can only use this character, the round won’t be much fun if you’re stuck with them for any length of time anyway.
