Knowing how to control yourself and the ball is crucial if you want to win. However, with different moves available, it can be confusing to remember what does what. I’ve put together this handy Racket Rivals Controls Guide that goes through all of the controls you need to know about for keyboard and touchscreen players.
You can play Racket Rivals over on Roblox. If you enjoy Roblox sports games, we have some other posts that cover different ones you may like. Check out our Spiked Weapons Guide and our Vision Skills Guide.
Racket Rivals Controls Guide
First, I’ll go through all of the keyboard controls. Then, I’ll explain how it works if you’re playing on a touchscreen.
Keyboard Controls
These are the default controls you need to know if you’re playing on a keyboard. If yours are slightly different, you may have changed them in the past without realizing.
- WASD – Control your character and walk
- Left click – Swing your racket to prepare to hit the ball
- Hold left click – Perform a powerful swing of your racket
- E – Set the tennis ball
- Q – Dash in the direction you are facing
- V – Perform an emote
- B – Bubbles!
- 1 – Perform your first awakening move
- 2– Perform your second awakening move
Touchscreen
Good news! Racket Rivals is available to play on a touchscreen device, such as a phone or a tablet. All of the controls you need appear on the screen. To move, drag your finger along. Then, jump by pressing the icon of the arrow, and you can dash by pressing the icon of a triangle with a line next to it. Finally, set the ball by pressing the button of the shuttle.
Both keyboard and touchscreen are great to play on, so it comes down to personal preference. Why not try both and see which you prefer?
