Astro Arena: 3vs3 Battle PvP is the latest title from PUBG Studios under KRAFTON. It’s a new anime-style multiplayer game that mixes classic MOBA stuff with arcade-style action. Everything moves way faster than you’d expect as every match only lasts around five minutes.
Every battle throws in roguelike power-ups while you’re playing. So, you’re making choices as the game goes on. Those ability picks can completely change how your hero plays, and since the available abilities keep shifting, every round ends up feeling a little different.
There are plenty of heroes to choose from in Astro Arena. The roster is full of anime-style characters covering different roles like Tanks, Damage Dealers, Supporters, and more. Putting together the right three-hero team can unlock some pretty nasty synergies.
Astro Arena launched with four main 3v3 PvP modes
They are Energy Stone Rush, Team Deathmatch, Zone Control, and Boss Raid. The game also includes other modes like Monster Hunt, Duo Battle Royale, and 3v3 Team Escape. The team is planning even more modes for future updates.
With the launch, the game has kicked off its first big season. Frontier Season 1 is called Vermilion Desert, where you can uncover Skull’s story and check out the Ultimate skin called Hyper Pulse Skull. Also, Season Pass 1, Neon Syndicate, is now live with exclusive skins and growth rewards.
Then there’s a limited-time Ultimate Battle Pass promotion running until August 6th. Its main attraction is the Street Groove Fei skin, but it also includes Character Tokens, Wonder Stones, and a bunch of premium rewards.
Meanwhile, the First Purchase Event also runs until August 6th. Your first purchase unlocks the character Fran. And logging in over the next three days finishes off the full Fran set, including a profile icon, a frame, and the Disco Fran skin.
Another event running until August 6th lets you grab the limited Street Boss Olga skin just by completing a series of event missions. You’ll also pick up daily rewards while working toward the final prize.
Astro Arena is a free-to-play mobile game available on Android through the Google Play Store.
