Achievements are split into three broad types.
General Achievements
These are non-specific achievements.

- Join the game for the first time.

- Return to the game on a different day.
Group Member
- Join the LSPLASH group on Roblox.
In Plain Sight
- Use a piece of the environment to hide from a monster, such as Rush or Ambush.
One Of Many
- Die for the first time.
Buddy System
- Play with a friend.
Betrayal
- Steal a hiding place from another player, something that results in their demise.
Back From The Dead
- Use a Revive to come back from the dead.
Ten Of Many
- Die for the tenth time.
Hundred Of Many
- Die for the hundredth time.
Interconnected
- Store an item in The Rift.
Lost In Translation
- Throw a Candle into The Rift, creating a Possessed candle.
Herb Of Viridis
- Collect the Green Herb from the Infirmary.
Expert Technician
- Complete the Circuit Breaker Puzzle.
Whoever Smelt It
- Survive an encounter with Firedamp.
Trespassing
- Escape from Grumble.
Entity Achievements
Achievements related to the monsters that lurk around the rooms.
Out Of My Way
- Survive an attack from Rush.
You Can Run
- Survive a Seek chase.
I See You
- Catch Screech trying to sneak up on you before he attacks.
Look At Me
- Survive an encounter with Eyes.
Rebound
- Survive an encounter with Ambush.
Meet Timothy
- Discover Timothy in a container.
Wrong Room
- Open a Dupe door.
Eviction Notice
- Stay too long in a hiding spot and get kicked out by Hide.
Dead Of Night
- Survive an encounter with Dread.
Two Steps Forward
- Survive an encounter with Halt.
It Stares Back
- Have a run-in with Void.
Error
- Have an encounter with The Glitch.
Meet Jack
- Have your first run-in with Jack.
I Don’t Believe My Eyes
- Survive an encounter with Gloombats.
Just A Prank
- Survive an encounter with a Giggle.

- Hit a Giggle with a thrown Glowstick

- Escape Figure in The Library.
Supporting Small Business

Crucifix Achievements
Most of these achievements come from zapping a particular entity with the Crucifix item.

- Defeat an entity with the Crucifix for the first time.
Stay Out Of My Way
- Use the Crucifix to banish Rush.
Unbound
- Use the Crucifix to banish Ambush.
Take A Breather
- Use the Crucifix to stun Seek.
All Figured Out
- Use the Crucifix to stun Figure.
You Can’t See Me
- Use the Crucifix to banish Eyes.
I Hate You
- Use the Crucifix to banish Screech.
Two Steps Ahead
- Use the Crucifix to banish Halt.
Outwitted
- Use the Crucifix to banish Dupe.
It’s Not My Time
