He’s big, he carries a scary scythe, and he has an excessive number of outhouses, but is her really a bad guy? Let’s dive into some of the Roblox Doors Groundskeeper lore.
Doors just got its new update on Roblox. The Great Outdoors is open to everyone until August 25th. If you’d like a beginner’s guide to the area, we also have an Outdoors guide.
Roblox Doors Groundskeeper Lore
The Groundskeeper Put All The Keep Off The Grass Signs Down
If you watched the Outdoors trailer, you can see The Groundskeeper painting some of the Keep Off The Grass signs and setting them up on the grass.
Grampy and Groundskeeper Are Related (And His Name is Sonny)
If you talk to Grampy, the NPC at the mill he will refer to Sonny who has been hunting some of the monsters of The Outdoors. This appears to be The Groundskeeper, and looking at the two you can see a bit of family resemblance.
The Groundskeeper Set Up The Blades In The Hedge Maze To Kill The World Lotus
The Curious Light may inform you that these blades are the work of The Groundskeeper. This seems to make sense given his relationship with Bramble.
The Groundskeeper Wanted To Kill Eyestalk For A While
Some what related to the point above. Grampy will mention that Sonny is trying to get ‘that treewalker’, possibly referring to Eyestalk. He might congratulate the player for helping out with the extermination attempt… we won’t tell him it was completely unintentional.
He’s Trying To Keep You Off The Grass For A Good Reason
Supposedly, even The Groundkeeper’s murderous enthusiasm for keeping you off the grass is also not really a sign that he’s evil. Given the World Lotus’ influence it appears the grass itself might have malevolent properties, and stepping on it could be dangerous.
…maybe not as dangerous as a scythe to the face though.
