Spacetime Studios most recent release on Android and iOS is an 3D MMORPG called Arcane Legends which is now getting into the holiday spirit with a brand new content update. This update features plenty of holiday themed content but also permanent content as well, not just seasonal content. For starters, the level cap has been raised to 21.
In fact there is a lot of content with this update, both seasonal and normal. Aside from the level cap increase there is also five new dungeons to explore where you will be fighting Lord Mardrom and his demonic horde. There is also a new loot chest for those of you who are above level 16 as well as new achievements to earn and new quests to complete. This is already a lot of content added to the game but it isn’t all of it.
There is a new Rogue skill added to the game called Shadow Storm Shot and there have been new Passive skills added throughout the game as well. New weapons types have also been added for each class: Warriors – Sword and Shield, Rogue – Bow and Sorcerer – Rifle. Three new pets have also been added to the game: Wrathjaw and Snaggletooth – a pair of demon dogs and Snowball – a holiday snowman only available during the holiday season.
That concludes all of the normal content that has been added to Arcane Legends but that isn’t all as there is also all the seasonal content as well. The update is, after all, called Winter Wonderland. There are new seasonal quests and loots to complete and collect and, of course, there is the Snowman pet as well mentioned above. The festival is called The old Jul festival where people dress up as the giants who were defeated by the ancient heroes of the world. These Giants are:
– Gort, the mighty fire giant and leader of the giants with a body of molten lava and with a breath of steam.
– Glas, strongest of the ice giants, his death caused the continent of Nordr to be completely covered in snow and ice.
– Ygdrenklubba, the mighty tree wielded as a weapon by Gort, decorated with the bodies of his fallen foes.
Lastly, keep an eye out for a goblin dressed up in holiday apparel. This goblin will pop out of random chests sometimes and if you defeat him fast enough you will earn a piece of The Winter Wonderland gear.
If you haven’t gone ahead and downloaded the new content update for Arcane Legends, you may want to do so now. All the seasonal content ends when the holidays end so you’ll need to work on getting all the holiday goodies rather quickly.
