Astronaut Joe: Magnetic Rush has landed on Android. It’s a fast physics-based platformer in pixel art developed by Lepton Labs. The game is the studio’s first mobile game. It drops you into the shoes of Joe, a not-so-normal astronaut.
Who Is Astronaut Joe with Magnetic Rush?
Joe doesn’t exactly walk or jump like a normal astronaut. Instead, he zips around using magnetic powers that let him roll, bounce, and fling himself through rough terrain.
There are 30 hand-crafted levels in the Lava Cave Adventure. There are lava pits, spike traps, twitchy obstacles and more. The goal is to get through them and do it fast. Do remember that every little bounce counts.
Along the way, you can unlock different spacesuits that give Joe new powers. They also change up the look of your portal, shield, energy, and, of course, the suit itself.

It’s Simple and Fun
Astronaut Joe: Magnetic Rush has simple controls. You just need to tap to activate the magnetism, but pulling off smooth, clean runs is where the real struggle is.
The game has some secrets, too. Hidden rooms are tucked away in the corners of the levels, and they’re usually stuffed with those elusive purple crystals. Finding them all and unlocking achievements is part of the challenge.
