DevolverDigital has opened mobile pre-registration for BALL x PIT, the hit brick-breaking, ball-fusing, base-building survival roguelite. Releasing on March 12th, the title was released on Steam for PC in October 2025. It’s developed by American developer Kenny Sun and Friends.

Expand your homestead

You descend into a seemingly bottomless pit of monsters, relying on ricocheting projectiles to batter enemies while collecting treasure. The loop revolves around plunging deeper, gathering resources, and using the spoils to expand a growing settlement above ground.

It’s set in Ballbylon, a once-great city reduced to ruins after a meteoric and completely unexpected event annihilated it. In place of the metropolis stands an ominous, yawning pit. Treasure hunters travel from far and wide to the city’s tomb, searching for Ballbylon’s scattered riches.

Few make it back. Those who descend face armies of barbaric creatures intent on ending each expedition before it gains momentum. Progress requires fighting through multiple levels filled with increasingly challenging obstacles. Successive runs contribute toward rebuilding New Ballbylon from the remains.

Combat involves the Ball Fusion system. Over the course of a run, you can equip and combine more than 60 randomised balls. You can fuse them in different ways, producing hundreds of possible outcomes. You focus on developing arcane ammunition and resource chains that can withstand the pit’s escalating difficulty.

Base-building component plays a significant role as well. You can expand New Ballbylon with over 70 unique buildings. As the settlement grows, you can recruit heroes and assign them to automated tasks to generate resources in the background.

BALL x PIT Mobile pre-registration is now open!

On mobile, BALL x PIT follows a try-before-you-buy model. You can try it for free, with no ads. Unlocking the full game costs $10 through a single in-app purchase.

The mobile version includes the Regal Update and will receive both the Shadow and Naturalist updates simultaneously with the other platforms, for free. So, get it from the Google Play Store.
