Ponos’ popular game Battle Cats recently got updated earlier this month to version 3.0. However now the developers have gone all Black Friday style, offering up discounts on all the IAPs inside their game. On top of that, there is a new event for Thanksgiving that introduces a new unit, a unique map, and more.
The discount for Black Friday applies to all the IAPs and premium characters found within Battle Cats. Also this weekend Ponos will be introducing a new unit in their series of Lovecraftian nightmare kitties the Nekolugas. Battle Cats will also be doing a collaboration with the undersea survival game Survive! Mola Mola! once again that will run through mid-December.
The last time there was a collaboration with Survive! Mola Mola!, apparently the vast majority of players really enjoyed it, which is why it will be back starting this weekend. This time around, players will dive into the unique 16-bit underwater maps where the Cats can challenge marine creatures, collect tons of hidden treasures, and unlock rare sunfish units to fight in their own Cat army. Players who unlock said sunfish will be able to continue using them in their army even after the event is over.
This collaboration event begins today and runs until December 11th. For those of you wanting to check this game out for the first time, Battle Cats can be downloaded for free off of Google Play.
