Bandai Namco Entertainment has opened pre-registration for Dragonball Gekishin Squadra. It’s a new online multiplayer title set in the Dragon Ball universe. The game is coming to Android, iOS, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Steam. Also, Nintendo eShop registration is expected to follow at a later date.

What’s the game about?

The game introduces a 4v4 team-based format where you control the iconic Dragon Ball characters and compete to dominate the battlefield. The structure leans into cooperative gameplay.

Damage characters deliver raw offensive power, while Tanks soak up hits and anchor the field. Technical heroes offer support options by buffing allies and interrupting enemy strategies. As matches progress, you gain access to new skills.

Customisation options are plenty. You can modify the characters with different skins, finisher animations, and entrance sequences.

Pre-registration for Dragonball Gekishin Squadra is now open

The game includes full cross-platform support, letting users link accounts and continue their progress across devices, including console, PC, or mobile. So, you can form teams regardless of platform, and matchmaking will pair players based on optimal regional network conditions.

Right now, a global pre-registration campaign is underway. If three million players pre-register worldwide, everyone will receive access to a special character: Son Goku (Mini) from Dragon Ball DAIMA.

This version of Goku brings a mid-range combat style and uses rapid attacks with the Power Pole. He will be joined by characters like Panzy and Glorio later. The official video introducing this version of Goku is already live on the game’s official X account. Catch a glimpse right here.

Check out the game on the Google Play Store and pre-register now if you’re interested. It will be a free to play game.
