Pan Studios, the dev team under Hero Games, has revealed the dates for the final closed beta of Duet Night Abyss. It kicks off on June 12th and runs through July 2nd, 2025. If you want in, you’ll need to sign up before June 2nd.
How to Join the Duet Night Abyss Final Closed Beta?
You can join in by filling out the recruitment survey on the official website. Another way to join is trying your luck with the web event draw. There’s also some exclusive merchandise and test access on the line through that event.
The new beta will include a fresh chapter called Children From the Snowfield. Apparently, they’ve added more main and side stories and new playable characters and bumped up the visuals.
Meanwhile, the returning duo, Truffle and Filbert, are front and centre in the latest trailer. The new footage digs into their backstory a bit more and shows off their combat skills. Watch them right here.

With over 3 million players already pre-registered worldwide, the devs are throwing in milestone rewards once the goals are all hit. You can sign up for the final closed beta test of Duet Night Abyss here.
Duet Night Abyss is a hybrid action RPG with a fast-paced combat system. The story runs on a dual narrative setup, so you get two perspectives that weave into each other as you go.
You can switch between melee and ranged weapons on the fly. Moves like Helix Leap let you dart around the battlefield without missing a beat.
There’s a Forging system now, which lets you upgrade and customise your gear beyond weapons. Also, there’s an Impression system with five attributes Wisdom, Morality, Benefit, Chaos, and Empathy.
