TQuality Gaming has dropped a new expansion for Galaxy Frontier 2, their sci-fi action-adventure game. The DLC is called War for Humanity, and it’s now available on Android and other mobile platforms. Keep reading to find out all about it.
What’s in Store in the New DLC?
There are 25 new levels which pull you deeper into the universe of Galaxy Frontier I. You’ll get to discover new hidden tech, massive warships and weapons. This expansion introduces the new Battle Cruiser Type B and cloaked fleets as well.
As for the story, a year has passed since the shocking events on Mars in the first game. Now, humanity is done hiding and ready to strike back at the White Council. It’s a breakaway faction that nearly wiped out the UN Space Force’s Mars colony in a surprise attack.
In War for Humanity, you’ll play as a commander leading the counteroffensive through the dangerous Proxima Centauri system. As you charge forward, the story reveals disturbing secrets about the war’s final phase.
The White Council might be on the back foot after losing Proxima C, but they’re retreating to Proxima B and preparing for a desperate counterstrike. As the final briefing for Operation Stormgate states, Proxima will target orbital defenses, communication relays, and ship docks.
War for Humanity is now available in Galaxy Frontier 2 as a $1.99 in-app purchase. The base game is free to download and play. So, you can check it out on the Google Play Store.
Played Galaxy Frontier 2 Yet?
Galaxy Frontier 2 was released in March 2025, so this is their first expansion. It has fast-paced space shoot ’em up action with three core game modes.
They are the Endless Mode for wave-based survival, Overrun Mode for defending crucial points, and Mine Sweeper Mode where you navigate deadly fields to carve a safe path forward. You can upgrade your starfighter with advanced weapons, shields, and new abilities.
