Nintendo has posted a tweet that gives Android gamers a new time frame to look at with regards to the launch of Super Mario Run on Google Play. This game, which originally was released onto iOS for a short exclusive period, has now seemingly been delayed and won’t be landing on Android till March 2017.
Android版「Super Mario Run」は、2017年3月に配信を開始します。現在Google Playでは、配信開始を通知でお知らせする事前登録の受付を行っています。ぜひご登録ください。https://t.co/2DW2TnCK6d pic.twitter.com/2QbMM6fGRh

Why the delay? No one but Nintendo truly knows, but you can bet the fact that Fire Emblem Heroes arriving onto Android first on Feb. 2nd, 2017 is to make up for it. Unfortunately there’s no specific date in March as to when Super Mario Run will arrive, but if that does get announced, we will be sure to post an update. In the meantime, if you haven’t signed up for the game, you can do so on Google Play.
