Level Infinite has revealed the launch date for the crossover between the sci-fi RPG shooter Goddess of Victory: Nikke and the survival horror series Resident Evil. Titled Reborn Evil, it will officially go live on September 24th, 2025.
First revealed via a teaser in August, the crossover showed Jill Valentine’s appearance. As the collab date is nearing us, we now know all about the event. Are Ada Wong and Claire Redfield also going to be part of it? Keep reading to know!
Goddess of Victory: Nikke x Resident Evil brings the Reborn Evil
The event’s story is called Salvation Through The Crimson Flame. It revolves around investigating the spread of the NEO-Virus. You step inside the ruins of a forgotten mansion, where a dangerous new NEO-Virus outbreak has begun.
The Commander, alongside the A.C.P.U. Squad and D, begins investigating the infection, only to cross paths with Resident Evil’s iconic heroines.
The trailer gives a glimpse of what’s ahead. We see Poli being grabbed by a shadowy hand, followed by a chilling reveal of Jill, Ada, and Claire standing together in a chapel. Watch it here!
Reborn Evil introduces three Resident Evil characters into the Nikke roster. Jill Valentine and Ada Wong will be available as SSR units, while Claire Redfield as an SR unit.
The two SSRs are only in the limited-time PickUp Recruitment, the gacha banner for the collab. But Claire is free to play. You can get up to three copies of her by participating in the story event and the 14-day login campaign that runs during the collaboration period.
Jill will be using SMG style with dual pistols. Ada seems likely to be a Sniper class as her outfit is the red dress, holding her classic crossbow from Resident Evil 2. Claire is going to be more of a support / shotgun type character.
