So we have reported on the fact that Google is looking at making multiple Nexus brand devices from multiple manufacturers and to have them heading our way by Q4 2012. Well it seems a close source to it all has told TalkAndroid more information about this subject and that there will be five Nexus brand devices released on November 5th, 2012.
Of course take it all with a grain of salt but it actually makes a lot of sense when you think about it. November 5th, 2012 will be Android’s 5th birthday, it will possibly be running it’s 5th OS iteration (as in version 5.0 Jelly Bean) so why not top it off with five nexus devices launched on that date?
We really don’t have an idea as to what devices or OEMs will be putting the five devices out but if you want to further do the whole ‘five’ thing then you could say all five major manufacturers (HTC, Samsung, LG, Sony, Asus) will put out one device each, one of which could be that Nexus Tablet if it isn’t revealed during Google I/O 2012.
As with all things of this nature, take it with a grain of salt but if true, November could be a fun month.
