King, publisher of Candy Crush Saga, is planning an in-game event showcasing 20 of the game’s most dedicated fans. These lucky mobile game addicts will each inspire a bespoke level based on their favorite things about the blockbuster puzzler.
The event starts on Thursday the 30th of April, and lasts until Wednesday the 27th of May.
There’s a treat in store for the billion or so Candy Crush fans who aren’t getting special levels dedicated to them. In response to popular demand, King is relaunching its unlimited lives giveaway for another week, starting on Sunday the 26th of April at 11am.
The last time King held a similar giveaway, which was a couple of weeks ago as part of the #PlayApartTogether campaign, an astonishing 8.16 billion lives were used, helping to propel players through 2.3 billion levels.
