Back in November 2014 Liber Primus Games released Narborion onto Android. This is basically a Choose Your Own Adventure style of RPG like those books from back in the 80’s or other mobile titles from Tin Man Games. However the Narborion series is a little different because it features things like dynamic storytelling, side quests and mini games.
The first game in the Narborion series has done pretty good for itself since its release. Since then the developers have been working on the second addition to the series called Narborion Saga Book II: The God Of Orcs which will continue the story from the first game. Narborion Saga II is written by Sylvia Finali and Dr Tom Pollak, a professional novelist and former editor in chief of Dragon, the popular Dungeons & Dragons role playing game magazine.
While there isn’t a lot of details regarding Narborion Saga II, there is one really interesting feature that has been announced which will bring the world of tabletop RPGs into the game. Players will be able to scan an image of their carefully crafted and painted table top figurine into the game. Essentially you can now bring your own custom made character into the game to play as.
On top of that, Narborion Saga II will feature enhancements to spell crafting and arena fight training where players can fight against multiple enemies. Lastly new content will be released in future updates on a monthly basis.
Narborion Saga II will be arriving onto Google Play and Amazon’s Appstore in March 2015. There’s no specific date announced as of yet.
