Merge Flavor: Decor Restaurant brings cooking, matching, and decorating to Android. It’s by Taap Global, a studio behind other cooking and merging games. Their previous releases include Merge Resto – Match & Décor, Merge Food – Chef Decoration, Cooking Undersea – Ocean Chef and Cooking Vacation.
Who’s Merge Flavor: Decor Restaurant About?
It’s built around the story of Ema, Emily’s younger sister. Emily is the protagonist of Merge Resto and a couple of other Taap games. You’ll be seeing her journey from crafting ice cream to chasing Michelin dreams.
Ema’s backstory also gives the game some emotional drama. She got lost at five, was taken in by a kind family, and eventually gave up school to focus on cooking. Now, she’s rented a cosy place near a restaurant to fulfil her dreams of becoming a popular chef.
The gameplay in Merge Flavor: Decor Restaurant sticks to the usual merge and match. You combine ingredients like cookie dough, burrito wraps, and seafood into dishes. Each combo helps Ema get a step closer to her culinary goals. Apart from food, you also merge and upgrade the kitchen.
