As one door closes, another swings right open! Continuing the celebrations for the 2.5th anniversary, Alchemy Stars is dropping a major update on January 31. Even before the anniversary celebrations wrap up, the developers are dropping the Millennial Dragon Chen’ni Recruitment Event on the same day.
Grab or Wishlist Chen’ni!
We’ll talk about Chen’ni in a bit, but first, let’s give you a quick lowdown of the story so far. ‘Etched Upon the Ocean: Drifting Begonia I’ is the ongoing anniversary event-special chapter. In this chapter, navigators have tightened the bonds between Longzhou and the Astral Continent.
Now, this storyline will continue in the upcoming update, taking us deeper into Longzhou’s story. The royal court of Ji witnesses the introduction of the Astral Continent, but things take a twist with earthquakes and Eclipsites. So, Dantang takes charge to ensure a joyful Spring Festival. Meanwhile, Caelestite meets Chen’ni, while investigating the anomalies.
Chen’ni is an ancient Fiendling and 6-star Aurorian. The Millennial Dragon Chen’ni Recruitment Event runs from January 31 to February 28 and uses the wishlist system. Basically, you’ve got a 50-50 shot at recruiting Chen’ni when going for 6-star Aurorians. Once you choose Aurorians for your Wishlist, any 6-star Aurorians you get will definitely be from that list.

The update also delves deeper into the Dark Tiles system, giving you the chance to boost your Aurorians’ powers to the max. Longzhou’s Spring Festival offers a bunch of unique festival events for all Navigators. Also, don’t miss out on the Spring Cards activity. Collect all the cards before February 14 to snag rewards like Star Flares, Lumamber and a special Avatar Frame.
Alchemy Stars is a free-to-play tactical RPG. Developed by Tourdog Studio and published by Level Infinite, the title is set on a planet called Astra.
