Mirren: Star Legends is now officially out on mobile. A Plus Japan and Crunchyroll have teamed up for the new fantasy RPG. It’s set in a massive world with centuries of conflict and a full cast of recruitable characters.
What’s the Story in Mirren: Star Legends?
It lets you step into a world where angels, demons, dragons, elves, humans, and orcs have been trying to get along for the last 120,000 years. But all in vain. The latest disaster happens when darkness starts creeping in again.
As the newly chosen Lord Oracle, you have to fix everything. For that, you’ll be summoning Novas and Asters, two different types of characters. At launch, there are 43 of them. The game has turn-based strategy mechanics.
There’s a lot of worldbuilding in Mirren: Star Legends. There’s also a backstory involving a witch named Lilia. She supposedly saved the world by absorbing all its darkness and then vanished. Now, the weight of that legacy is on your shoulders.
What’s Next for the Fantasy RPG?
A Plus Japan and Crunchyroll are promising a bunch of lighter content down the line. Mini-games are coming soon with stuff like farming, fishing, horse racing, and hot springs. That’s quite a variety, I would say, for a game that already offers different choices.
Crunchyroll Membership is the Defacto Subscription to Mirren: Star Legends with Crunchyroll Login Feature, Unlocking Daily Rewards, Currency and Battle Passes.
Crunchyroll has different rewards for different tiers of Memberships. All members get daily login rewards. Meanwhile, Mega Fan and Ultimate Fan members get additional Mega Fan rewards.
