Mojo Bones have finally completed work on their second titles for Android called The Curse, a game we talked about back in February of this year which looked very promising. The developers of the rather entertaining game Tongue Tied! have done a pretty good job with their new title The Curse, a game filled with a variety of different puzzle for you to try and complete.
The Curse is a story-driven puzzle game where you are tasked with the job of solving a mysterious and ancient book in order to achieve the needed power which you will then use to defeat the Master of Mischief: The Mannequin. You will have 100 pages to solve, each presenting you with its own unique puzzle that you will need to overcome in order to solve that particular page.
The Curse Features:
– Tackle 100 unique puzzles in the order of your choosing in your quest to banish the Mannequin.
– Challenge your logic, memory and reflex skills with over 10 puzzle categories.
– Overcome the Mannequin’s fiendish trials as you come face-to-face with him through numerous interactive cutscenes.
– Unravel the mystery by earning cogs and gaining access to the book’s secret compartment to solve the cryptic final puzzle.
– Unlock and solve ‘Puzzle 101’ – your final and ultimate challenge.
– A swinging soundtrack inspired by 1930s jazz.
For puzzle game fans, you have pretty much every type of puzzle covered in this game whether it be logic puzzles, combination puzzles and so on. Wrapped up in a pretty interesting storyline, this game almost feels like Myst with the fact The Curse really does an excellent job setting the overall mood.
If you are interested in snapping up a copy, now is a good time to do it as the game is on sale to celebrate it’s launch, costing only $0.99. The Curse, however, is published onto the Google Play store by a different company called Toy Studio Media Corporation in case you were wondering why Mojo Bones’ name isn’t on the listing.
