Following its launch in South Korea last year, MU Archangel 2 has arrived in Macau, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
For the uninitiated, MU Archangel 2 is an ambitious mobile MMORPG based on Webzen’s 2001 PC gaming classic MU Online. MU Archangel 2 follows hot on the heels of MU Archangel, which hit mobile app stores as recently as 2021.
MU Archangel is the most faithful spin-off of MU Online so far, with all the original characters, bosses, guilds, and dungeons.
It also boasts a whole new group character growth feature, which lets you take control of three different characters rather than the usual one. Each of these characters has its own traits and skill, and you can combine them to devastating effect.
There are 50 possible skill combinations in MU Archangel 2, giving you scope to experiment with formations and loadouts to match the various different challenges you’ll come up against.
Soon, those challenges will include human opponents in a variety of PvP modes, including massively multiplayer raids. And right now there’s a host of introductory events to take part in, allowing you to earn rewards and get yourself in prime fighting condition for the wars to come.
As if all that weren’t enough, Webzen is offering you the opportunity to earn even more in-game rewards through its partnership with digital payments platform MyCard.
