Orna is reshaping one of its event features into something markedly faster and more deliberate. The Monumental Update is coming soon to Orna: The GPS RPG. It reimagines the game’s event-themed dungeons, known as Monuments, by reducing idle stretches and keeping players in near-constant combat.
There won’t be any lengthy pauses between encounters now
Under the new system, Monuments are no longer one-size-fits-all challenges. For the first time, they’re built around specific classlines. You enter dungeons designed for Warrior classlines, Mage classlines, Thief classlines, or Pet-based classlines.
Enemy groups, encounter flow, and overall rhythm now reflect the strengths of each path. A Warrior-focused climb leans into durability and direct confrontation, while Mage-oriented routes emphasise arcane output and precision.
Thief paths are shaped around agility and tactical play, and Pet-based classlines highlight companion synergy. Basically, each run now feels more aligned with the identity of the build a player has chosen rather than a generalised gauntlet.
The Monumental Update has also reworked the rewards in Orna: The GPS RPG. At the end of every floor, instead of receiving a single predetermined prize, you can now choose from three chest options. The emphasis is on incremental decision-making throughout the climb.
The Monumental Update launches with a themed addition in Orna: The GPS RPG
It’s called the Thronemakers Monument, and it concludes with a classline-specific raid encounter. So, the final confrontation differs depending on whether you enter as a Warrior, Mage, Thief, or Pet-focused build.
Taken together, The Monumental Update introduces smoother progression, less downtime, more sustained combat engagement, and classline-focused structure. And of course, there’s strategic reward selection and event-driven raid finales, too.
The Monumental Update goes live on March 2nd, 2026, in Orna: The GPS RPG. You can get the game from the Google Play Store.
