Games on sale is always a bonus for us gamers but when it is a bunch of great 3D game titles from Polarbit, it is even better. Currently on sale right now are a bunch of Polarbit’s 3D games that have had $2 knocked off the original price. It is a short but sweet sale as the sale itself ends on November 3rd. In what seems to be a little bit of back-peddling, John Carmack released a bit of a statement regarding Rage coming to Android and id Software’s stance on the whole thing. It has been rumored that Rage would be coming to Android, especially with id Software’s past job listing that was looking for an Android developer among other things.
KamiCrazy Retro Preview Video
Awhile back there was a game called KamiCrazy which some of you who owned (or still do own) an iPhone may remember. It was pretty popular when it came out and now developers Paw Print Games is set to release a retro version of KamiCrazy which is named, you guessed it… KamiCrazy Retro. This game features some great 3D-ish retro styled graphics.
Another day another update, that seems to be the trend right now regarding the rumored Sony Android Playstation phone, not that we are complaining. Today’s update comes in the form of more pictures, some of which show a few more of the current specs that are at least being used in this prototype version that is being photographed.
While not a complete denial regarding the rumored Android Playstation Phone that has been under development, leaked, rumored about and basically beat down with a stick, Sony during their earnings call were asked about whether this device was real. Instead of answering with a denial of its existence, Sony talked about how it would happen.
It’s been awhile since we posted about Rage and the possibility of it coming to Android. While it was almost a given back in our original post that it was on its way, official confirmation seems to have come in the way of Twitter from John Carmack who states in his tweet that he is going to be porting Rage Mobile to the Android platform.
Hate to be the bringer of bad news but it seems as though PCMag has done some digging around and found some new information regarding the Nexus Two, Samsung’s Nov. 8th announcement and unlocked phones. While not all bad news, regarding the Nexus Two it might make some people rather unhappy to say the least.
Alright, this is strictly a devil’s advocate kind of post. Personally my daily phone right now is a Nexus One and the thought of a Nexus Two is more then a delicious one, however, there are a few reasons that the upcoming Nov. 8th announcement by Samsung will not be regarding a Nexus Two phone along with it being the first to have Gingerbread 2.3 running on it.
Samsung’s hot new tablet device launching later this year on all 4 national carriers will be getting some exclusive love from developer GameLoft. Apparently, at launch GameLoft will have two exclusive Tab‘s US launch titles. It’s also revealed that Samsung has formed a partnership with the Financial Times for apps based on HTML5.
