Pair up rapidly changing colors in Chromasy, now available from Google Play

Released by Harry Scholefield, Chromasy is a new color matching game. The gameplay is both simple, as well as fast paced.

Players will begin with a ring that’s comprised of a dozen pieces of equal size and shape. These will change colors, being somewhat (or mostly) the “wrong” color, and the rest that are the “right” color. There is a dot in the middle that is lit with a color that matches up with one of the colors found in the ring. Players will need to direct the dot outward toward the portion of the ring with the corresponding color. Every time this is accomplished, the colors all change, both in the ring as well as for the dot.

What makes the game difficult, is that players only have a few seconds to react to each flip of the colors, thereby having to move the dot in the right direction, in a hurry. Pairing the dot with the wrong color, or not acting in time, will end the game. Each successful pairing nets players a coin. The coin can then be used to customize the look of the game; changing the pattern of the background would be one example. Players can also spend coins continuing their game after dying, or watch a video advertisement, as well. The game is integrated with Google Play Games leaderboards, for those who like to compete in their gaming.

Chromasy Features:

  • Multiple unlockable backgrounds.
  • Music and sounds by Chris Dain.
  • Google Play Achievements and Leaderboards.
  • Two control schemes.
