Parcel Delivery Simulator has launched on Android, with all its logistics-focused simulation glory. The premise revolves around building and running a package delivery operation from the ground up. It’s developed and published by Polish game studio Digital Melody Games.
Just like in real life
Parcel Delivery Simulator puts you in charge of every step of the process. You start by picking up parcels scattered across pick-up points, customer locations, and drop zones. You then bring them back to a central warehouse where you sort and organise them.
From there, you load the packages into delivery vans or large trucks and send them back out across the city. Each completed delivery contributes money, which you can reinvest to steadily grow the business into a larger operation.
Parcel Delivery Simulator focuses on time management and optimisation. You’re constantly balancing tasks such as collecting packages around the map, managing warehouse space and parcel organisation. You plan delivery routes, fuel and maintain delivery vehicles, and handle bulk shipping via trucks. And all the systems are interconnected, so small inefficiencies in one area can slow down the entire delivery chain.
The warehouse functions as the core hub of the business. This is where parcels are stored, sorted, and prepared for shipment. So, here too, managing storage efficiently becomes critical once orders begin piling up. Expanding warehouse capacity allows for more volume, while installing better shelving, optimizing layout, and speeding up parcel processing help reduce delays.
Every route presents its own challenges in Parcel Delivery Simulator
There are different traffic conditions, time limits, fuel usage, and client satisfaction considerations. You control their driver, decide the order of stops, and choose the most efficient paths through the city.
Progression in Parcel Delivery Simulator happens through upgrades across four key systems. Walking Speed affects how quickly you move between warehouse zones and loading bays. Vehicle Storage Capacity determines how many packages you can carry per run, reducing the number of trips needed.
Fuel Tank Size allows for longer distances without frequent refuelling stops. And lastly, Warehouse Size increases how many parcels you can store at once, supporting higher throughput.
For larger orders and long-distance jobs, the game introduces bulk shipments handled through semi-trailers and trucks. You load parcels into trailers and dispatch trucks to remote destinations, paying attention to timing, fill rates, and route planning to maximise profitability.
