Pikmin Bloom is diving into full vacation mode this July with its upcoming Beach Resort Event. The event is bringing new Decor Pikmin, tropical challenges, and vibrant seasonal flowers to your daily walks. Keep reading to find out all about it.
When does the Beach Resort Event kick off in Pikmin Bloom?
From July 1st to July 31st, 2025, you can step into a summery setting in the game. The biggest highlight is the Surfboard Keychain Decor Pikmin, marking their debut in the game.
You can unlock the new additions by completing Event Challenge missions throughout the month. Clearing the missions will also offer a variety of random goodies like Sea Glass and flower petals.
And when the Big Flower at the event stage blooms, one extra bonus is guaranteed. It’s a Gold Seedling on top of the usual drops.
Joining them are the returning Ice Cream: Classic Decor Pikmin, a favourite from earlier events. You’ll receive special missions to collect Sea Glass. You can unlock event-themed Mii costumes along with Ice Cream: Classic Decor Pikmin seedlings.
There are multiple ways to gather Sea Glass. It includes flower planting, destroying Seafoam Mushrooms, cracking open Mystery Boxes, or the Event Premium Pass and the Web Store Exclusive Bundle Pack.
Seafoam Mushrooms are the event-specific mushrooms. They drop Mystery Boxes filled with items, including Sea Glass and other useful rewards. The best Pikmin to take on these battles is the Surfboard Keychain and Ice Cream: Classic Decor Pikmin.

Meanwhile, the big flower forecast for July is here. Birds of paradise are making their debut as the flower of the month. White, red, and yellow variants are appearing for the first time in Pikmin Bloom.
Throughout July, Big Flowers may bloom into lilies, frangipanis, peonies, water lilies, irises, or birds of paradise when you plant red, yellow, white, or blue petals nearby. Fruits obtained by defeating mushrooms will yield regular, lily, frangipani, peony, water lily, iris, or bird of paradise nectar.
