If you’re not sick of wandering around the world and making imaginary flowers grow yet, we’ve got some good news for you. Pikmin Bloom is holding another community day this weekend.
That means you’re going to get all sorts of extra goodies if you load up the app on February 19th – by our reckoning, that’s this Saturday. And we definitely didn’t just look at our calendar to make sure that was true.
Here’s what you can expect from the event –
- Big Flowers will bloom into plum blossoms when you plant regular blue, red, yellow, or white petals around them
- Players achieving the 10,000 step goal on this day will be awarded a special Plum Blossom Flower Badge
- Seedlings in your planter pack will grow at 1.5x the usual speed (and more, if you’re flower planting!)
- Receive 1 bonus coin per 250 flowers planted instead of the usual 500 (capped at 60 coins/day)
Real flowers!?!
If you live in the US, you can also get some real world flowers for a bit cheaper thanks to a collaboration with BloomsyBox. Players getting their 10,000 steps in will receive a discount code.
There’ll also be a draw where 2000 players will receive a free bouquet. That’s not too shabby, we suppose. You can find out more about the Community Day event at the official Pikmin Bloom website right here.
