Pikmin Bloom’s Valentine’s Day event is all about chocolates, flowers and more chocolates. Of course, there are adorable Decor Pikmin but the highlight is the huge variety of chocolates. The event is already live and runs through the whole month of February (till February 28th).
It’s a Month of Chocolatey Strolls!
Pikmin Bloom’s Valentine’s Day event is like another excuse for you to hoard sweets. The highlight of the event is Chocolate Decor Pikmin. The tiny plant-creatures have become more irresistible, decked out in chocolate-themed skins.
You might remember the Valentine Sticker Decor Pikmin from last year. They’re making a comeback too. Take on Event Challenge missions and earn rewards at random like Cocoa Beans, flower petals, the Chocolate Decor Pikmin seedlings or a Gold Seedling when the Big Flower blooms.
Let me tell you a bit more about the Cocoa Beans which are at the heart of the Pikmin Bloom’s Valentine’s Day event. You need them to unlock Valentine Sticker Decor Pikmin and some limited-time Mii costumes.
You can find Cocoa Beans in Event Challenge rewards, flower planting and Mystery Boxes from Magnificent Mushrooms. On February 15th, 16th, 22nd and 23rd, Giant Magnificent Mushrooms make an appearance.
They drop rarer Mystery Boxes on these days and the Mushroom Battle Bullhorn will be available three times a day. Chocolate and Valentine Sticker Decor Pikmin are your best bet for taking them out.
Celebrates Pikmin Bloom’s Valentine’s Day Now!
There’s a Premium Event Pass that will give you extra seasonal nectar. And every time you clear a fourth stage, you’ll score a Gold Seedling in your choice of red, yellow, blue, purple, white, pink or grey.
Also, every postcard your Pikmin bring back during this event will have a special Valentine’s design. There are three different ones, so get the game from the Google Play Store and start collecting them already!
