Pre-Registrations for US-Only PUBG: New State Closed Alpha “Starting in Just a Few Days”

PUBG: New State, Krafton’s eagerly anticipated follow-up to PUBG Mobile, is getting a closed alpha sooner. For technical reasons, the alpha will be restricted to Android users in the US.

If you meet the criteria (and, if you’re reading this, there’s a very good chance that you do), you’ll be able to pre-register for the closed alpha “in just a few days”.

Krafton announced the forthcoming pre-registration window on its YouTube channel, and you can watch that video below to see some more footage of PUBG: New State in action. It looks pretty swish.

Already available for pre-registrations on the Google Play Store, PUBG: New State is a graphically impressive spin-off of the battle royale standard bearer set decades after the events of the first game.

It’ll boast a handful of new features, including the ability to dodge, make drone calls, and call in support. There will be vehicles, too, and you’ll be able to customise your guns, utilize gear, and do all of the stuff you’d expect to be able to do in a PUBG game.

We still don’t have a concrete release date, but you can pre-register for PUBG: New State on Android here.
