At the 2026 Six Invitational in Paris, Ubisoft revealed the Year 11 Roadmap for Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Siege. Along with competitive overhauls, anti-cheat upgrades, and crossovers, the tactical shooter’s next cycle has a lot of new content.
Rainbow Six Siege Year 11 Roadmap includes Solid Snake from the Metal Gear Solid series
Year 11 begins with Season One: Operation Silent Hunt on March 3rd. The season reinforces the core 5v5 foundation that has defined Rainbow Six Siege for years. Solid Snake is joining the roster as an attacker drawn from KONAMI’s Metal Gear Solid franchise.
This version of Snake arrives with an intel-gathering gadget not previously seen in Siege. Players will also get the TACIT .45, a semi-automatic handgun with an integrated suppressor built for covert operations.
Operation Silent Hunt will also briefly narrow the focus of Siege to head-to-head encounters. A new 1v1 mode will be added to the Arcade playlist for a 2-week limited time. At the same time, the game will roll out three modernised maps, updating Oregon, Coastline, and Villa.
The season will also mark the end of Dual Front, which will be removed after one final Metal Gear Solid-themed event. Season 1 introduces a new seasonal cadence as well, with four balancing updates and two Ranked map rotations.

Rainbow Six arrives on mobile globally on February 23rd. The mobile version will launch with more than 20 operators and iconic maps, including Bank, Border, Clubhouse, Oregon, and Villa. Game modes at launch include Bomb, Bomb Rush, Team Deathmatch, Ranked, Quick Play, and Private matches.
Rainbow Six Mobile will have 5v5 matches and retain series staples such as drones, barricades, cameras, and traps. You can pre-register for the game on the Google Play Store.
