Recursion, A Time Loop Puzzle, Is The Latest Point-And-Clicker From Glitch Games

Recursion

Glitch Games is at it again, dropping another point-and-click adventure on us. This one’s called Recursion, and it’s the latest addition to the Glitch Broken Dreams Collection. With this game, they’re sticking to what they do best: giving us a title that has dark humour mixed with spooky vibes.

What’s Recursion About?

It’s a first-person adventure puzzle game set in a time loop. You snap awake to a weird noise and find out a time-loop machine is on the loose. That kicks off an eerie adventure for you. Your goal is to use the C.A.M.E.R.A., or Chronologically Aware Memory Enhancement and Recall Appliance, to put an end to the loop.

During your recursive episodes, you’ll be sifting through notes, pushing buttons and experiencing death over and over. Keep on trying to make it past that repeating Monday to see what Tuesday’s got in store.

Your best tool in this game is the Glitch C.A.M.E.R.A. It helps you remember the solutions to puzzles you’ve already solved. How? By storing photos that stick with you even after a reset. There’s another gadget in Recursion where you can place an item and it’ll stay there through a reset.

Have You Played Any Glitch Games Title Yet?

Glitch Games is well known for its escape room games and other spooky puzzles. If you haven’t played any of them yet, I reckon you give Recursion a try. It’s out on Android for $3.99 and is absolutely free of ads and in-app purchases. So, grab the game from the Google Play Store.

Recursion also has an apt hint system and also lets you save your games automatically. Plus, you get eight slots to save your spots manually. So, go ahead, shut this pesky contraption down for good and break the loop!
