Norwegian singer Aurora is coming to Sky: Children of the Light once again in a new event called AURORA: Homecoming. If you’ve been playing the game, you know that she has appeared as a seasonal guide before and performed in a record-breaking in-game concert last year.
When Is the AURORA: Homecoming Event in Sky: Children of the Light?
It’s from June 9th to 22nd, a celebration that will bring together players from all over the world. This time, PC players on Steam can join in for the first time. The concert happens in the iconic Coliseum in the clouds.
Aurora’s popular hits include tracks like Runaway and Cure for Me. So, you can expect some of her hits during the concert. And as usual, her voice will guide you through the entire event, creating a kind of emotional journey.
The timing also lines up with something special. Aurora herself is back home in Norway after a global tour, and June 15th marks a community birthday celebration for her. So, it’s part concert, part homecoming, and part fan gathering.

Remember the First Time?
The first time this concert happened was in 2023. Over 10,000 players showed up at once, earning it a Guinness World Record for the most users in a concert-themed virtual world. That feeling is what’s coming back next month.
The AURORA Homecoming event is bringing back some popular cosmetics to Sky: Children of the Light from past years. It includes the AURORA wings, which let you relive the concert and share it hand-in-hand with friends. The ‘Cure for Me’ dance emote will also be up for grabs.
Until the concert begins, check out what else is happening in the game by grabbing it from the Google Play Store.
