Sky: Children of the Light has kicked off this year’s Days of Fortune: Year of the Horse. The celebration is running from February 13th through February 26th. You can begin the festivities by speaking with the Fortune Spirit in Aviary.
It will open a route to a decorated corner of the Village of Dreams, transformed for the occasion
For the first three days, the main carousel at the heart of the celebration is still being prepared. Rather than simply waiting for it to be unveiled, they ask you to lend a hand by clearing away debris alongside the Spirits.
Helping with the cleanup rewards you with Event Tickets. The carousel officially opens on February 16th. Riding it allows you to collect up to five Event Tickets per day. A camera tripod has also been set up nearby. You can capture in-game photos with friends as keepsakes for the new year.
Beyond the daily earnings, there are an additional fifteen Event Tickets around the area. It’s a one-time pickup for those who take the time to explore the surroundings thoroughly.
In the Village of Dreams, several Spirits and stalls offer side activities. Modest Dancer provides a teleport to a flight mini-game. It challenges you and your companions to gather lanterns in the air. Elsewhere, celebratory touches like dragon fireworks are also going on.

A dumpling stall offers snacks that grant regular Light. There are other interactive elements as well. Like the flying game and a sweet envelope handed out by a different Spirit each day in the event area.
And as with previous seasonal events in Sky: Children of the Light, cosmetics and collectibles are aplenty. This year introduces several new IAP Collectibles. There are Fortune Pleated Dress, Fortune Token Glasses, Fortune Ribboned Ponytail, and Fortune Plush Mount Bundle. Also, twelve returning IAP collectibles from previous years will be available again.
