Good news for the mass of people who have wanted to be in the Star Legends MMORPG beta. Our friends over at Spacetime Studios have expanded it past just Verizon users and the few lucky people who won beta keys for it as it is now available to Android users on the Android Market.
This marks the last step before Star Legends: The Blackstar Chronicles exits it’s beta phase and is a full game. If you haven’t been following the news or anything we have posted about this great game, let us give you a run down. Star Legends is the new mobile 3D MMORPG for Android (and soon iOS) from Spacetime Studios who also developed Pocket Legends. Star Legends has actually been in development for over 6 years but it started out as a PC title before plans changed and it was developed for mobile devices.
You’ll get everything you want in a free-to-play MMORPG as well including three classes to choose from, multiple skills to upgrade, a plethora of gear to obtain, raid and dungeons to crawl, stations to explore and get quests from and much more. If you own an Xperia Play you will be pleased to know that it also comes with support for the Xperia Play’s controls as well. Even though this is a free-to-play MMORPG, you do have the option to use money to buy in-game perks of course.
If you’ve been waiting to play this game since before the limited beta began, now is your chance to grab this new open beta copy and get playing! Spacetime Studios expects to go fully live after this new expanded beta launch of Star Legends which includes iOS players at that point we believe. This all depends on Apple and how soon they accept Star Legends into the App Store.
