Prune, the achingly beautiful puzzler from developer Joel McDonald, is currently on sale for just 99c. It normally costs $3.99.
First released in 2015, Prune sees you clipping branches from a tree to help it grow towards a stark red sun and away from danger. It’s a simple but ingenious concept that feels completely intuitive on a touchscreen.
Prune was showered with praise when it launched, scoring a perfect ten from Pocket Gamer and an impressive 4.5/5 on Gamezebo. It’s currently sitting on an average review score of 4.6/5 on Google Play, which is almost unheard of.
All of which means you should probably pop along to the Google Play Store and download it before the sale ends.
