Table Top Racing from Playrise races onto Google Play a couple of days early

It has been awhile since we’ve been able to write about a racing game heading our way that looks like a lot of fun. Usually it is either about a new installment into Gameloft’s Asphalt series or another well known franchise. However today we get to write about Table Top Racing from Playrise which is already a successful game over on iOS.

Tablet Top Racing is pretty much as the title suggests – racing mini cars on tablet tops and other various platforms and through different environments. Visually this game features some pretty nice 3D render graphics with plenty of different vehicles to drive. There are kart racing style mechanics in this game as well which means you’ll be able to pick up boosts and weaponry throughout each race. Basically Table Top Racing is a more fun, less serious looking version of Polarbit’s Reckless Racing game.

This game also has plenty of achievements to unlock and a total of 19 different leaderboards to compete in as well. There also happens to be over 30 different special event to race in, 4 different championships and 6 different game modes to work your way through. What this means is a lot of content. Rounding out the game is the ability for cloud saves and auto-login through Google Play Games services. Another interesting little bit of info is that Table Top Racing was developed by the co-creator of the hit PlayStation franchise WipEout.

Table Top Racing was slated for release on this upcoming Thursday January 24th, 2014 but for some reason, not that we are complaining, it has landed on Google Play a couple of days early. So instead of waiting until then, you can snag a copy of this game now off of Google Play for free. You can also check the game out in action in the video below.
