Believe it or not, The Battle Cats is turning 8 this month.
To mark the occasion, developer PONOS Corporation is running an absolutely enormous 8th Anniversary event.
Set to run from September 12th until October 10th, the event will bring free loot, deals, and new content to one of the best-loved tower defense titles on mobile.
Throughout the period you’ll be able to claim a free spin on the Wildcat Slots, netting you 777 Cat Food or more.
You’ll be able to redeem this Cat Food with a draw from the limited edition Dynasty Fest Rare Capsules. Do it quickly, though, since this bit of the event will only last a handful of days, coming to an end on September 16th at 10:59 am.
Fortunately, there’s plenty of other stuff to sink your teeth into. Complete the final stage of Empire of Cats Chapter 1, for example, and you’ll earn a Platinum Ticket to trade for a Special Capsule draw. That means a guaranteed Uber Rare Cat Hero.
And you can earn more rewards through gameplay by clearing the Minced Meet-Up and Thank-You Sale stages, as long as you’re playing the global version of The Battle Cats. Your reward for clearing them is the special Hero Catburger in its third form.
Plus, there’s a new Monthly Event All-Stars Grateful Gathering stage, netting you a cool 30,000,000 XP. And there are new Heavenly Tower Cat Citadel stages to complete for even more rewards.
